The Adventure Begins

At River Raisin Clubhouse, we believe every person has value, dignity, and potential. We empower adults living with mental health disorders to live more independent, fulfilling lives by providing job training, educational scholarships, and life skills programs like cooking, computer literacy, and wellness activities. Your support helps reduce isolation and stigma by creating a welcoming, connected community, while also covering essentials like art supplies, gardening tools, and nutritious meals. With additional resources, we can expand our reach, support more individuals, and help reduce long-term community costs tied to hospitalizations, homelessness, and crisis care.

Dear MCMHA Staff and Community Partners,
I am excited to share some inspiring news about the incredible efforts of our team during the Community Foundation of Monroe’s Philanthropy Playoffs.
Through the leadership and dedication of Hallie Parsons and Nicole Yeary, who served as Captains of Team River Raisin Raiders, we proudly raised $9,633.79 in support of the River Raisin Clubhouse. Their passion, commitment, and drive exemplify the very best of what it means to be leaders in our community.
We also extend our deepest appreciation to the River Raisin Clubhouse Advisory Board and the outstanding team members—Lisa Graham, Chantelle Steffens, Lauren Beaudry, Hallie Parsons, Nicole Yeary, Brenda Bogoski, and Devan Rucker—who represented MCMHA and River Raisin Clubhouse throughout the competition. Your energy, teamwork, and unwavering support have been nothing short of inspirational.
This accomplishment is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with purpose. Every effort, every connection, and every contribution has made an impact that will continue to benefit our members and the community we serve.
On behalf of River Raisin Clubhouse and MCMHA, thank you for believing in our mission and demonstrating the strength of collective compassion. Together, we are building hope, opportunity, and a brighter future for all.
With gratitude and pride,
Stephan Pietszak
Director
River Raisin Clubhouse
